Congratulations on being accepted into the Festival of the Arts! We can't wait to try your food.

Pay for your booth below- and make sure you have all of the forms you need to upload when you pay. Please pay by April 29th to ensure your participation in the Festival.

After payment, we will contact you in May for the next steps, such as load in times, etc. In the meantime, please ensure you have all of your licensing, food, and fire safety forms completed and submitted to the right agencies.

If you do not wish to pay online, please send copies of business license, General Liability Insurance coverage and a “Hold Harmless” insurance rider, naming “The Lakewood Center /Festival of the Arts” in the amount of $500,000 to:
