The Annual Meeting – 5:30 PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2015 – Headlee Mainstage
The annual member meeting of the corporation will take place in the evening on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 5:30 – 6:00 PM at the Headlee Mainstage, Lakewood Center for the Arts, 368 S. State Street in Lake Oswego. Below is information regarding matters to be discussed.

The OTAS Awards – 6:30 PM, Tuesday, June 30, 2015 – Lakewood Community Meeting Room
To celebrate the end of our 62nd season and the wonderful work of our actors, musicians, technicians and artistic personnel, this year’s OTAS Awards Party will be held in the Community Meeting Room at Lakewood Center on Tuesday evening June 30, 2015 at 6:30 PM. We’ll have hearty hors d’oeuvres, beer, wine and music. Casts are invited to reunite and celebrate with us the end of a fabulous season. Whether you’ve been onstage, backstage or in the audience cheering us on, we hope you’ll take this opportunity to join us for a fun evening. We hope you can attend!

Matters to be considered at the annual meeting of the corporation:
    1. Selection of Officers for the Board of the corporation
    2. Selection of Directors for the Board of the corporation

The following individuals are recommended by the Nominating Committee to serve on the Board of Directors. The expiration of their term is indicated in parenthesis after their name.

    1. Selection of Officers:
        For officers in the 2015-16 year the Nominating Committee recommends the membership elect current Board member Don Irving as President of the Board for a one (1) year term for the year 2015-16. It is further recommended that current Board member, and Treasurer, Don Plumb, be elected as Treasurer for a one (1) year term for the year 2015-16.

OFFICER BIOS:
 
DON IRVING – PRESIDENT (officer term expires 2016) a Lake Oswego resident, is a retired Engagement Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Irving has been an Adjunct Instructor at OHSU teaching courses in health care finance, managerial accounting and corporate finance to graduate students in the health care and technology fields. His civic volunteer activities have included Saturday Academy, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and Lake Oswego Rotary. For Lakewood, he has served on the Festival of the Arts finance committee for several years and as Treasurer for four years and as President for one year.

DON PLUMB – TREASURER (officer term expires 2016) a Lake Oswego resident, is a retired Doctor of Ophthalmology. Don served as a U.S. Army flight surgeon, was President and board member of the Oregon Academy of Ophthalmology and was a board member of the Oregon Medical Association. Don also served as a board member and partner in Eye Health Northwest where he was an active participant in business and personnel decisions. He has been a Lakewood board member since 2012 and has served as Treasurer for one year.
 

2. Selection of Directors:
        For directors the Committee recommends the membership elect the following with terms to expire as marked in parenthesis.     

JOHN BRADSHAW (2016),  s president and general manager of Portland Transmission Warehouse. He has served on the boards of the Salvation Army, Southwest YMCA, Lake Oswego Corporation, Willamette Light Brigade and the Dorchester Conference. He is a former chairman of the Lakewood Neighborhood Association and Oregonians for Cost-Effective Government. Mr. Bradshaw has been on the Lakewood Center board since 1994 and has served terms as Lakewood’s treasurer and president.
 
TINA CAUTHORN (2016) grew up in Lake Oswego and graduated from LOHS.  She earned a Fashion Merchandising degree at OSU and spent 8 years at Meier and Frank as a buyer.  She worked for 25 years at Fred Meyer in the corporate Office as a merchandise buyer. Tina retired in 2008 and spends her time traveling, volunteering and working on her “Button Frame” business.  She has served as Lakewood Center Associates Vice President and this past year she served as President. She has worked on many projects for the Associates including the Re-Runs’ security system upgrade, introduction of Facebook marketing, membership directory, clothing sale, Lakewood in Lights, and committees assisting productions of Chocolate Confessions and My Funny Valentine.

MICHAEL C. DOTTEN (2018) has been a Lakewood member and subscriber for the past 22 years and board member for the past two years. His civic credits include: Founder and Board Member of Health Bridges International Inc. (2006- present) a non-profit international medical relief organization); Arlington Club (President), Toastmasters, 2006, Chair, Wine Committee 2006-2008, Chair, Entertainment Committee (2007-2008), Finance Committee (2010-11 and Board of Directors (2011- present); William Temple House President (1998-99), Vice President (1997-98) of the Board of Directors & Chair, Development Committee (1994-98; Christ Church Episcopal Parish—Vestry Member 2000-2003, Senior Warden 2001-2003, Steering Committee-Capital Campaign (1999), Co-chair, Stewardship Committee (1997-98); University of Oregon Law School Alumni Assoc. President, (1989-1992), Board Member (1985-92); Oregon Campaign for Equal Justice – Advisory Committee, 1992-present and service on numerous committees and sections of the American Bar Association and  Oregon State Bar.

PETER JURNEY (2018) was a Lakewood board member from 2012-14. In 2014 he steppred down for a year to help Lakewood as a development director. In the 90s Peter served on the Lakewood board as Treasurer and as President. He is fondly know as the Zelig of the board and is a well known raconteur of his exploits as roadie for the Grateful Dead. Among his many credits he is proudest that Bob Dylan memoralized his exploits in the well known standard, “Like A Rolling Stone.”

DONALD L. IRVING (2018),  a Lake Oswego resident, is a retired Engagement Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. For Lakewood, he has served on the Festival of the Arts finance committee for the last four years. Mr. Irving chaired the 2009 Lake Oswego Rotary-Lakewood Center Lobster Feed & Charity Auction and will be the Lake Oswego Rotary President in 2012-13. He served as Lakewood President this past year (2014-15).

MARTHA SCHRADER (2018) a Lake Oswego resident, is a County Commissioner for Clackamas County. Martha has had many civic volunteer activities including library boards, American Leadership Forum, American Red Cross, Columbia Girl Scout Council, Metro Advisory Policy Committee, National Association of Counties, and the Oregon Association of Counties.

The board of directors wishes to express its appreciation to Bridget Smith and Fred Baldwin who will be retiring from the board this year. Their service is very much appreciated!
