Dear Contributing Members:

You are invited to a special membership meeting! The purpose of this meeting is to vote on the following amendment to the by-laws:

Current language
“The Board of Directors shall consist of the President, the Secretary/Treasurer and seven other directors, except the Board may change the size of the Board to any number from five to twenty-one, inclusive.” (Article V, Section 1)

New language
“The Board of Directors shall consist of the President, the Secretary/Treasurer and seven other directors, except the Board may change the size of the Board to any number from five to twenty-five, inclusive.” (Article V, Section 1)

In accordance with Article XI, Section 1 of the by-laws, this amendment can be made during a special meeting of the members duly called for that purpose.

Please attend and participate in the vote. We anticipate this meeting to last 15 minutes. Coffee and pastry provided.
