Get ready to groove and elevate your heart rate with the Dance Fitness Jam! Whether you prefer to dance at home or join us in our Lakewood studio, this hybrid class offers an exhilarating experience for everyone.
Our sessions incorporate a variety of dance styles, including Jazz, Ballroom, Latin, Broadway, and Hip Hop. We’re always excited to try new moves! You'll learn step combinations and routines set to a diverse range of music genres such as Cha Cha, Swing, Salsa, Pop, Foxtrot, Blues, Tango, Waltz, and more.
