Lakewood's Front Lawn
Amanda Bayhasoul seeds · botanical sculpture →
Meet Big Mama — a massive, ever‑evolving botanical sculpture by artist Amanda Bayha. Crafted from "gourmet yard debris" and salvaged flora, this fragrant installation celebrates the full circle of nature: from bloom to compost.
make a wish · tuck it in her branchesExperience the magic of Big Mama in person and become part of the art. Guests are invited to visit the lawn and tuck a personal wish into her branches — adding your own story to this living, communal masterpiece.
Amanda is a botanical taxidermist and sculptor who, since 2019, has been transforming discarded blooms, herbs, and branches — from backyard rosemary to Rose Festival parade floats — into immersive, seasonal installations. Based in McMinnville, she creates whimsical, fragrant pieces that invite the community to slow down, pay attention, and find wonder in the ephemeral world around them.
Emergence Sculptureartist · harold linke
