The Festival was started 60 years ago by the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce. It was moved under the umbrella of the Lakewood Center for the Arts in 1984. This annual event of the Center is sustained by valuable partnerships with the City of Lake Oswego, the Chamber of Commerce, the Lake Oswego Rotary Club, the Lake Oswego School District, the Arts Council of Lake Oswego, small and large businesses, the Friends of the Festival, and over 500 volunteers who work year-round to make the Festival the success it is.
Since 1963, the Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts has inspired and encouraged artists, musicians, food vendors, volunteers, and the community at large. We’re thrilled to bring you the three-day party of the summer from June 23-25. For information about specific activities and performances, see the Maps and Festival Schedule for locations and times. Please share your Festival experience with us by using #artsinlo on social media.
