All events are free and open to the public except as noted. Suggested donations: $5.00/person or $10-$20/family. We rely on your support. Visit The City of Arts tables at Lakewood Center and in George Rogers Park for a drawing for a basket of gifts donated by Lake Oswego businesses and services.
Shuttle stops are at four Lake Oswego parking locations: Lake Oswego High School, 2501 Country Club Road; Lake Oswego Junior High, 2500 Country Club Road; Lakeridge High School, 1235 Overlook Drive; and Lake Oswego City Hall, A Street between 4th and 5th (see maps).
Shuttle service times: Friday from 7:30 am-10 pm, Saturday from 7:30 am-10 pm, and Sunday 7:30 am-6 pm. NOTE: Shuttles do not stop at Lakewood Center after 7 pm on Friday and Saturday.
Limited ADA parking is available in the Lakewood Center parking lot on Middlecrest Road and in the George Rogers parking lot on Green Street. An ADA drop-off area is available on Green Street for George Rogers Park (see maps). Wheelchairs are available at no cost at Lakewood Center and George Rogers Park Information Booths. First-come, first served.
First aid supplies are available at the Information Booth in George Rogers Park and at the main entrance to Lakewood Center.
A no-host bike lockup is in George Rogers Park (see map). Bring your own lock.
We photograph visitors for promotional purposes. By attending the Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts or Festival-sponsored events, visitors grant us permission to use these photographs.
The Festival was started 60 years ago by the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce. It was moved under the umbrella of the Lakewood Center for the Arts in 1984. This annual event of the Center is sustained by valuable partnerships with the City of Lake Oswego, the Chamber of Commerce, the Lake Oswego Rotary Club, the Lake Oswego School District, the Arts Council of Lake Oswego, small and large businesses, the Friends of the Festival, and over 500 volunteers who work year-round to make the Festival the success it is.
Since 1963, the Lake Oswego Festival of the Arts has inspired and encouraged artists, musicians, food vendors, volunteers, and the community at large. We’re thrilled to bring you the three-day party of the summer from June 23-25. For information about specific activities and performances, see the Maps and Festival Schedule for locations and times. POP! Art of the Album & Concert (LWC, Upper Level) Put yourself at the crossroads of visual art and music with this dynamic Featured Exhibit sponsored by At the Garages. Check out art from legends Emek, Gary Houston, and Tim Oakley in a one-of-a-kind installation you won’t want to miss! Discover the inspiration behind your favorite album covers and learn how vinyl records are created from start to finish.
Pop! At the Dee Denton Gallery (LWC, Dee Denton Gallery, Upper Level South Hallway) A retrospective of a pop art icon alongside an invitational featuring the best pop art from around the region. Featured Artist: Dr. Phyllis Yes
Art in the Park (GRP) Introduce yourself to over 100 artists from all over the country at our juried booth show
Pop: Loud Lines & Bold Statements (LWC, Artist’s Vision Studio, Upper Level Hallway) Pop art defies traditions of fine art by creating representational imagery from popular and mass culture. Artists in this juried exhibit were challenged with creating unique expressions of pop art from the now.
The Festival of Arts & Flowers (LWC, Upper Level) Did you know that the first Festival of the Arts was called the Festival of Arts & Flowers? Celebrate our 60th birthday with a small-work show of art inspired by the natural beauty of flowers and botanicals.
The Open Show Express (Renaissance Homes Pavilion Tent) The Open Show is one of the largest shows of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. Any work you purchase in the Open Show tent can go home with you today!
The Joan Eliot Sappington Youth Gallery (LWC, Upper Level) This inaugural gallery gives students the chance to show their work on a professional level.
The Youth Exhibits (Lakewood Café, LWC, Lower Level ) This exhibit includes pieces created by our Youth Outreach Program, Drawn2Art, and area schools.
Live Music (GRP and LWC)
The Festival is infused with music this year. We have two stages with an incredible lineup of musicians. Come and dance with us on the grass at George Rogers Park or hear some tunes while browsing the work in the Open Show Express exhibit. Look for the big white tents at both locations.
Missoula Children’s Theatre (GRP) NEW THIS YEAR: All performances are free!
The Missoula Children’s Theatre, the nation’s largest touring children’s theatre, has been touring extensively for nearly 50 years. We’re excited to have them back for two performances of Cinderella starring Lake Oswego’s brightest stars.

Drink and Draw (Lakewood Café, LWC, Lower Level)
21 and over. Discover your own drawing voice with Allen Schmertzler, classy caricature artist! Reservations are limited and available at lakewood-center.org. The fee is $25.

A Workshop with Mirador: Using art and design for the neurodivergent community
(Lakewood Café, LWC, Lower Level)
Learn how Mirador Magazine fuses art and design into each page’s purposeful layout, and why it’s important to create art and reading materials for the neurodivergent community. The talk includes a group activity using pages from the magazine.
