- Show Size: Maximum 124 artist booths
- Artists expected to be open: Friday: 9am-6pm | Saturday: 9am-6pm | Sunday: 9am-5pm
- Park Hours: Friday: 9am-9pm | Saturday: 9am-9pm | Sunday: 9am-5pm
- Booth Assignment & information: May 24, 2025
- Load-in: Thursday, June 19, 2025, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Load-out: Begins Sunday, June 22, 2025, and must be completed by Monday, June 23, 2025, by 9:00 AM
- Reception: Sunday, June 22, 2025, 8:00 AM

- Early Bird booth discount fees:

- $775.00 for 10’x20’

- Regular booth fees:

- Cancellation for 50% refund: May 10, 2025
JUST THE FACTS:
- Amenities: Booth sitting, water, Artists’ Awards announcement on Sunday, artist rates with our hotel partners, drive to booth location for setup and tear-down, daily coffee & pastries, hot breakfast during Sunday award reception.
- Parking: Off-site parking is provided with frequent shuttle service to and from the park.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed. Service animals only, please.
- Commission/sales tax: No commission is taken on sales. There is no sales tax in Oregon.
- Security: 24-hour security will be present from Thursday evening through Sunday evening.
- Awards: A prominent judge will recognize up to 12 artists with awards honoring their booth designs and quality of work at their own discretion. Blue Ribbon and Honorable Mention winners are automatically accepted into the 2026 Art in the Park show. Blue Ribbon winners receive a cash award.
- Promotion: The Festival is promoted nationally, regionally, and locally to the art-buying public through television, newspapers, radio, direct mail, press releases, magazines, websites, and social media. The selection jury and festival staff may also select featured artists to specifically promote in additional channels.
