REGISTER HERE KIDS CREATE! “The Secret Hollow!”
Saturdays, Apr 11 – May 30 (8 weeks)

While practicing through games, play, art, music, and dance, students will discover their inner creativity. Class will be held in the ballet studio which is designed for easy distance awareness. Students will conclude the Fall session with a performance/demo to be performed on the last day of class. Students will be having fun improvising, creating, and playing together each class day.
Each day, campers will meet outside on the front deck to check-in. Once everyone arrives the class will go down to the studio together as a group, limiting hallway crowding. At the end of the day, this will be the same protocol. Remember to bring a snack and get ready to have a wonderful time.

Have fun practicing on-camera acting skills! Become a star and create an episode for kids from the NBC television series, Grimm, based on the Grimm Brothers Fairy Tales. Lots of villains, heroines, and monsters plus lots of Comedy too! Have a blast while performing in your favorite shows. Instructor Sandra Peabody is an Emmy award-winning writer/producer/director. Limited to 8 students. (teacher approval for age 7)

Act in front of the camera! Create and perform scenes, practice improvisation, acting exercises, plus audition skills using commercial, film, and TV scripts (both comedy and drama.) Gain confidence while having fun and improve your acting. Learn how to become more successful with acting tips. Sandra Peabody represents talent for film, television, and voiceover work in the Northwest and Los Angeles. Limited to 8 students.

Enjoy performing scenes for theater and film (both comedy and drama)! Have fun improving your acting while practicing improvisations, cold reads, audition techniques, interviews, and a variety of exercises. Gain confidence and become more successful with acting tips. Create your own scenes with classmates and perform on camera. Family and friends are invited to the last class to see you on TV. Limited to 8 students.

Mondays, March 30th, 2026 – June 1st, 2026 (9 weeks)

Tuition: $135
This is a fun, creative introduction to basic ballet movement. Emphasis is on coordination, rhythm and music using props, stories and imagination. Your child will be galloping like a pony, leaping over puddles, and learning movements to accompany their favorite songs.
Students will learn basic ballet skills and terminology in a supportive and encouraging environment. No experience necessary.

Wednesdays, April 1st – June 3rd, 2026 (10 weeks)

This class transitions from the creative movement aspect of PreBallet I to an emphasis on the fundamentals of ballet. Basic ballet skills, terminology, rhythm, and coordination are taught, practiced and developed through music and use of props in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Level I (Prerequisite: PreBallet II)

This class is for the novice as well as a transition from PreBallet to a more formal ballet class. The fundamentals of ballet and barre work are introduced as well as an emphasis on ballet class etiquette. Focus is on posture, stretching for flexibility, muscle strength, technique and musicality in a disciplined yet encouraging environment.
Prerequisite Skills: One year of Pre-Ballet or formal ballet experience required.
REGISTER HERE Level II (Prerequisite: Level I)
Wednesdays, April 1st – June 3rd, 2026 (10 weeks)

Minimum age 7
Tuition: $175
This class is a continuation of the beginner level. Students will continue to build upon the knowledge and skills they developed in Level I. Focus will continue on posture, stretching and flexibility, technique and musicality. Students participate in stretching, barre work and center floor work. To enroll in this level, students must have completed one full year of Level I or be given permission from the instructor. Dress code is required and hair should be secured back in a bun for class.

Tuesdays, March 31st – June 2nd, 2026 (10 weeks)

Tuition: $175
This is a formal ballet class for young students with ballet experience. Students participate in stretching, barre work and center floor work. They will further develop posture, muscle strength, flexibility, technique, and musicality in a disciplined yet encouraging environment. Dress code is required and hair should be secured back in a bun for class. No jewelry with the exception of stud earrings. Prerequisite Skills: Ballet experience required. Students must have completed
Levels I and II or have equivalent previous training and approval by instructor after placement class.

Beginning Tap is a fun and creative introduction to tap dance. Students will focus on coordination and rhythm in an upbeat and encouraging environment. Your child will be introduced to basic tap vocabulary and learn steps to some of their favorite music.

Tap I & II is a continuation of beginning tap focusing on rhythm, musicality and timing. Students will continue building their tap technique and vocabulary through warmups, center exercises, across the floor and choreography. Attire: Any appropriate dancewear or active wear. Hair should be pulled back. Tap shoes required.

Jazz I & II is a beginner level jazz class that introduces and builds upon the basics of jazz dance technique and vocabulary. Students will focus on stretching and conditioning, across the floor progressions with leaps and turns and jazz choreography. Attire: Any appropriate dancewear or active wear. Hair should be pulled back. Jazz shoes required.

This introductory lyrical class builds on a combination of ballet and jazz dance techniques. Dancers will explore emotional storytelling through movement by focusing on fluidity, musicality, and technique. This class will build strength, flexibility and confidence in a creative environment. Enrolling in ballet class while taking lyrical is encouraged, but not required. Attire: Any appropriate dancewear or active wear. Hair should be pulled back. Shoes: Half soles, pirouettes, dance paws or bare feet.

Ages 13-18
Tuition: $135
This class is for dancers ages 13 to 18 seeking basic technique outside of their regular musical theater rehearsals. Students will focus on the fundamentals of basic jazz technique while building their musicality, story-telling and stage presence. This is a choreography-based curriculum using classic and contemporary music from Broadway musicals. Attire: Any appropriate dancewear or active wear. Hair should be pulled back. Jazz shoes required.
