On Wednesday, June 30, 2010, Lakewood Theatre Company/Lakewood Center for
the Arts held its annual meeting and OTAS (Oregon Theatrical Awards
Society) presentation at the Lakewood Center to celebrate the closing of
its 57th season of plays and its 39th annual OTAS Awards. Emcees for the
evening were Bill Warner, Past President of the Lakewood Theatre
Company/Lakewood Center for the Arts and Alan Shearman, director of the 2009 production of The Producers.

In the business meeting earlier the same day,
outgoing President Cyndie Glazer was recognized for her year as leader of the
organization. She recognized and thanked retiring board members Mark Birge and Malcolm Mathes for their many years of
service to Lakewood.

In official business, the non-profit
organization elected Jerry Koll as President and Kathy Bussman as Treasurer for a
one-year term. Members elected to serve three-year board terms were: Fred
Breuer, Kathy Bussman, Cyndie Glazer, Rob Fallow, Linda Brown, Gail Pemble,
Linda Kerl
and Michelle Dorman. Jeanne Denton, as President of Lakewood Center Associates for
2010-11, was elected for a one-year board term.
