REGISTER HERE Kids Create-Summer Stars! (At Lakewood)
Monday-Friday 1 week for each camp
2-5 PM Ages 4-9
Instructor: Liz Hayden $210
Six weeks of one-week sessions for this popular program! Children will step into the world of creating, designing and making their own show from pure imagination. Through games, play, art, music and dance, students will create an exciting show. Remember to bring a snack and get ready to have a wonderful time. Performance on the last day of camp. Materials cost included in the fee.

** Classes are pro rated if you begin after the first week of the session. **

Mondays, July 31 – August 8 4 weeks
12:30 – 1:15pm Ages 4.5-5.5
Instructor: Kasha Watts $50
This is a fun, creative introduction to basic ballet movement. Emphasis is on coordination, rhythm, msic, and mime using props, rhymes, stories and imagination. Your child will be galloping on a pony, leaping over puddles, and learning movements to accompany their favorite preschool songs! Students will learn basic ballet skills and terminology in a supportive and encouraging environment.
No experience necessary

Thursdays, August 3 – August 24 (4 weeks)
12:45 – 1:30pm Ages: 5.5-7
Instructor: Kasha Watts $50
This class transitions from the creative movement aspect of PreBallet l to an emphasis on the fundamentals of ballet. Basic ballet skills, terminology, rhythm, and coordination are taught, practiced, and developed through music and use of props in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Prerequisite Skills: PreBallet ll students must be able to Skip and be willing to participate independently without parent

Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays July 31-August 24 (4 weeks)
Mondays: Technique – 10:45 – 12:15pm
Tuesdays: Technique – 10:45 – 12:15pm
Thursdays: En Pointe – 10:45 – 12:45pm

Ballet IV is an Advanced Intermediate class for dedicated and committed students. In this class students further develop their ballet technique through stretching, barre work, and center floor work. Continued emphasis on posture, muscle strength, flexibility, technique, musicality, and self discipline in a supportive and encouraging environment. Students will continue to work on turns, adagio, petite and grand allegro work, where batterie ( beaten jumps) will be introduced. Level lV students will also be introduced to Pointe work. Due to the necessary strength involved with pointe work it is required that level lV students take a minimum of two technique classes per week. Dress code is required and hair should be secured back in a bun for class. No jewelry with the exception of stud earrings.

Classes are cumulative from fall term through spring term, new students will only be accepted during fall or winter terms.

Get a taste of stardom and have fun, while developing your acting skills! Create and perform shows, practice improvisations, presentations, and auditions using commercial, film, and TV scripts (both comedy and drama). Gain confidence and improve with video feedback.
Instructor Sandra Peabody is an Emmy-award winning writer/producer/director and manages talent for voice over, film, and television work in the Northwest and Los Angeles.
Class limited to 8 students. (All levels invited).
