Maximum Capacity:	150 for sit down dinner, 225 for stand up cocktail party
Price:	$550.00 for the Community Meeting Room
Description of Facility:	Lakewood Center is conveniently located on State Street (Highway 43) at the south end of Lake Oswego. The Community Meeting Room, on the lower level at the Center, has windows on two sides and is decorated with a forest green and cream color scheme. A full catering kitchen is attached to the space. The room comes with tables, chairs and place settings for up to 150.
Availability and Terms:	Reservations should be made as soon as possible, six months to a year in advance. A security deposit is required to reserve your date.
Description of Reception Services:	The Lakewood Center is the perfect facility for those who wish to coordinate the details for themselves or bring in their own consultant or catering company. The room is ideal for banquets, receptions, reunions, office parties and business meetings.

Handicap Facilities:	Full handicap accessibility
China:	Place settings of plate, salad plate, coffee cup, water glass and silverware for up to 150 are included.
Dance Floor:	Room is carpeted. Many groups dance on the carpet or rent a dance floor from outside sources. Decorations: please inquire. No tape, tacks or nails may be used.
Cleanup:	Done by the renter.
Security Deposit:	A deposit is required to secure your date. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your date. Your balance is due one week before your event. The security deposit is refunded, if there is no damage and the room is clean, 2-3 weeks after your event.
Special Note:	The Center rents only the room, tables and chairs and place settings for up to 150. Items such as linens, silver, crystal, serving utensils, coffee urns and dance floors need to be arranged with other vendors.
